That's enough to get the keywords the search engines want, but not so much that people don't feel the need to actually listen to the show. There's actually a scientific reason for that, if you care at all. When you hear yourself talk every day, you're hearing yourself not only through the air, but also through the bones in your head. When you hear a recording, you're removing the latter part of that equation, and you sound slightly different.
