Presenting at a Free PRWeb Webinar on SMB Marketing
Posted on October 15th, 2008 by Steve Mullen
I’ve been invited to be one of two presenters at an upcoming free webinar from PRWeb. I was presenter at one earlier this week that was a record-setter for PRWeb. There were approximately 1,000 attendees for that event, and the one coming up next week could be even bigger.
The next webinar will be on October 22 at 2:00 p.m. ET. The topic will be Use PR to Grow Your Business. My co-presenter will be Amy C. Cosper, Editor-in-Chief of Entrepreneur Magazine.

Hi Steve,
I heard you talk at this. Great talk thanks.
Your idea of breaking up blog posts into 25% industry, 50% company and 25% the owner is very interesting. I had certainly not thought to put anything about myself into my blog but now I see the reason why it makes sense.
Amy’s thoughts that anything is a story was also an interesting take, especially as I had fallen into the “I’ll do PR when I have something to say” pit!
Thanks
Mike
Thanks, Mike. I’m glad you enjoyed the webinar. The guideline is actually 50% about the industry, 25% about the company, and 25% about the company owner. I must say, however, that the guideline isn’t 100% original. I got the idea from an episode of this show, but if I recall correctly I modified it somewhat. Check out Startup BizCast 46:
