It features many of the things we stress at our fledling company (http://ithshepherd.org) focusing on websites for small business, non-profits, and religious organizations. I find that many times small businesses or oganizations don't really know the prime things a small business site should have, or even what a good site is capable of. I found this article while looking for podcasts that would be relevent to our business and I'm finding many of your podcasts very educational. I hit this one up because it's primarily what we do and wanted to see your direction. There's plenty of new things on the web in the few years since this podcast but the points are still very valid.
